The MV NANGNUAN is truly a unique fun boat, With only eight customers onboard sleeping under a communal canvas, supervised by two professional dive staff, it offers a highly personalised trip and friendly service with the emphasis on safety, good food and diving, diving, diving…In addition to world-class diving, there is plenty of time during the trip for visiting the different beaches and exploring the islands, including the chance to climb to the top of the famous rock formation at Ao Guerk for beautiful views over the bay, or visit the National Park Headquarters on Koh Miang.
In the evening, relax on the open-air sundeck. With no air-conditioning onboard and therefore no generator running at night, the NANGNUAN is one of the last boats in the islands offering total peace and quiet. Bring along your guitar – this is the perfect setting for those lazy tropical evenings.

Or are you a little shorter on time, or fancy a diving safari with a difference? We are happy to recommend a 2 day, 1 night dive trip which allows you to sleep overnight on the Similan Islands themselves, in either a tent or bungalow, as opposed to on a boat.
The MV DOLPHIN PRINCESS is a custom built dive speedboat built in October 2007. The MV Dolphin Princess is fitted with 2 x 200hp Yamaha outboard engines, Toilet, Radio, GPS, First aid box, Oxygen with DAN demand valve. Life jackets for all persons aboard, 30 Tanks, 1 Captain, 1 boat crew, PADI Instructors or Divemasters. All major European languages are spoken on boat.
Schedule:
Transfer from your hotel at 07:15 am to Similan Diving Safaris Dive Center. You are welcomed with a light breakfast of tea, coffee, toast butter jam and fruits. After breakfast and introductions you transfer to the Tablamu pier or Nang Thong Beach (Khaolak). to depart at 8:30 am. Arrival at the beautiful Similan Islands is at 10.00 am.
- First dive from 10.30-11.30 am. Lunch will be served at 12 noon on the boat or on one of the beautiful islands where you can explore, relax or go snorkelling during a surface interval of at least 2 hours.
- Second dive from 13.30-14.30 pm. After your dive you can relax on the island, walk the nature trails or go out for snorkeling. In the evening prepare for a stupendous sunset ! night dive available on request.
- Third dive, the next day, from 10.30-11.30 am. Lunch will be served at 12 noon on the boat or at one of the beautiful islands where you can explore, relax or go snorkeling during a surface interval of at least 2 hours.
- Fourth dive from 13:30-14.30 pm. Departure from the Similan Islands to Taplamu pier or Nang Thong Beach (khaolak) at 15.00 pm. Arrival Taplamu pier or Nang Thong Beach (Khaolak) at 16.30 pm transfer to the dive center or your hotel.

The M/V FLYING SEAHORSE, is the only liveaboard company based on, departing from and returning to Ko Lanta, and when fully booked accomodates 16 divers. During summer 2009, the boat has been completely renovated and modified, and a nitrox filling station introduced.
On the main deck you will find 5 cabins in 3 different categories:
- 2 cabins have double beds. (air conditioning)
- 2 Cabins are 2 bunk bed cabins. (air conditioning).
- 1 Cabin is a four bunk bed cabin only with fans. (no aircon)
On the upper deck, there is a wide, open area where the meals are served and where you always find coffee, tea, cold drinking water, soft drinks and electrolyte drinks. You may also wish to have a look at your underwater pictures & videos, or watch a DVD-movie on the TV set.
Breakfast consists of: toast, bread, eggs any style, sausages, ham, coffee and tea.
For lunch and dinner you ar eoffered traditional Thai style food as well as European food. The Flying Seahorse can cater for vegetarians and can provide less spicy dishes.
At the back of the main deck, there is the kitchen, the wet area, 2 W/C’s and 2 additional freshwater showers, and the diving platform with ample room to store your equipment and gear up. Two nitrox-cleaned compressors provide fresh and clean air for the 20 tanks (12 ltrs. aluminium tanks, INT/DIN-valves).
